Keeping active during the COVID-19 Shutdown
During these uncertain times, it is important to keep your body moving. Keeping physically active helps to support your immune system and can also be a mood booster.
Over the coming weeks, UC Sport will be sharing a number of home workouts on our social channels, as well as uploading daily workouts to the UniMoves UC App. We encourage you all to login and engage in the workouts, taking the chance to get active from the comfort of your own home.
As well as participating in the weekly workouts posted online, you can find motivation to stay active through the challenges uploaded to the UniMoves UC app. These small challenges are easy ways for you to stay motivated (and occasionally win some prizes) while you are working or studying from home.
